Katherine Sehgal is an aspiring journalist. At Ball State University, she anchored and reported for Newslink Indiana for three years. Katherine also was a part of Cardinal Weather, the sister show of Newslink Indiana, where she anchored and reported. Through her time at Ball State, Katherine learned the importance of storytelling as a journalist. Katherine also completed a summer internship at Fox 55 News in Fort Wayne. There, she was able to produce her own content for the show and record live stand ups. Additionally, she gained experience with legislative reporting and print journalism in her internship at Hannah News Service. Katherine is passionate about connecting with others and telling meaningful stories that make an impact. She hopes to help educate her community through her reporting and communicating with her audience.
